Site Requirements:

Each concept has a different type of location necessary, these locations are the Highest Grossing Mall Food Courts, Casinos, Major Tourism Shopping Districts, Theme Parks, and Las Vegas Hotels.

Some basic guidelines are as follows:

Co-Tenancy: Must have 1M square feet of retail as well as an entertainment component.

TI: due to the immense level of build-out that it takes to make these the incredible experience and attraction that they are, a high landlord contribution is essential.

In Addition to these preliminary requirements, the space within the center must be predominant and visible and the center must have an extremely large number of annual visitors.
